The highest point in Kasauli, situated within an Air Force Station, featuring a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman and panoramic views of the Sutlej River.
What To Expect?
A steep but well-paved climb of about 15-20 minutes. The temple is shaped like a foot, believed to be the spot where Lord Hanuman stepped while looking for the Sanjeevani herb. The security is extremely tight due to the Air Force presence, but the view of the Chandigarh plains and the Kalka valley from the top is unparalleled.

According to the Ramayana, when Hanuman was returning with the Dronagiri mountain, his foot touched this hill, which is why the hilltop is shaped like a giant foot.
