Exploring Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple
A Unique Confluence
The temple is named after Kapila Muni, who is said to have meditated here. It is one of the few places in the world where Shiva and Vishnu are worshipped in such close proximity.
It is believed that a dip in these holy waters during the month of Karthika cleanses all sins.
