- Buy the 'Combo Ticket' if you plan to visit Chandi Devi as well; it includes the bus transfer between the two ropeways.

The temple is situated on the Bilwa Parvat on the Sivalik Hills. You can also trek up the 1.5 km path if you enjoy steep walks.

The ropeway base station is near Upper Road, about 1.5 km from Har Ki Pauri.
