Overview
A sacred island located 30 km from the main town, believed to be the actual residence of Lord Krishna and his family.
What To Expect?
An adventurous 15-minute ferry ride across the sea from Okha jetty. The island is filled with ancient temples and shrines. You'll see thousands of seagulls following the boats. The recently constructed Sudarshan Setu (India's longest cable-stayed bridge) now provides a stunning road alternative to reach the island.

- Dunny Point on the island is excellent for seeing coral reefs at low tide.
Exploring Beyt Dwarka
History & Myth
Archaeological excavations underwater have revealed ruins of an ancient city, supporting the belief that the original Dwarka was submerged in the sea.
The island is also famous for the 'Daan' (charity) of rice, commemorating the meeting of Sudama and Krishna.

Drive 30 km to Okha, then take a ferry. Alternatively, drive across the new Sudarshan Setu bridge.
