A Turning Point in History
The massacre led by General Dyer on Baisakhi day (April 13, 1919) was a catalyst for the non-cooperation movement and turned the tide against British rule in India.
The entrance is a narrow lane, exactly how it was when Dyer blocked the only exit during the firing.
