What To Expect?
On clear days, the peaks of the Kanchenjunga range glow in shades of gold and pink during sunrise. There is a small circular platform with binoculars for a closer look at the distant monasteries nestled in the mountains.

Exploring Tashi View Point
The Himalayan Horizon
The view point was built by Tashi Namgyal, the late King of Sikkim. It is one of the best spots to appreciate the rugged geography of the Eastern Himalayas.
There is a small cafe at the base where you can enjoy hot tea and noodles while waiting for the clouds to clear.

Located 8 km from Gangtok town. Taxis are easily available for a quick trip.
