Exploring Paradise Beach
More About Paradise Beach
Paradise Beach, often called Full Moon Beach, is one of the most remote and untouched beaches in Gokarna. About 70% of the beach is covered in hard rocks, while the rest features fine white sand. Its isolation keeps it peaceful and free from the larger commercial crowds found on other beaches.
Because it is disconnected from the main town road, the beach remains a sanctuary for travelers looking for 'offbeat' experiences. It is particularly famous for night camping under the stars. There is a freshwater well on the beach which makes it feasible for visitors to spend longer durations here amidst the turquoise waters of the Arabian Sea.
