A massive medieval fortress known for its ingenious acoustics, royal palaces, and the world-famous Hope and Koh-i-Noor diamonds that were once stored here.

A majestic hike up through 400 steps to reach the 'Bala Hissar' (topmost point). Experience the 'Clapping Portico' where a clap at the entrance can be heard a kilometer away at the pavilion. Stay for the evening Sound and Light show narrated by Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan.

Exploring Golconda Fort
The Diamond Capital
Golconda was the capital of the Qutb Shahi kings. Its mines produced some of the world's most famous gems, including the Koh-i-Noor.
The fort is actually a complex of four distinct forts with a 10 km long outer wall featuring 87 semi-circular bastions.
